Your Payments will be Completed Sooner.
The number of installments is determined by the people in the group. If you like, your installments will be in fixed amounts until you get your house, and after delivery, the installment amounts will increase at a certain rate so that you finish your payments in a short term or, with the incremental installment option, your installments continue with an annual increase at a certain rate until you get your house. This way, you benefit from the advantage of early delivery.

ADVANTAGES
In the groups created based on the shortened fixed-term lottery system, you have the opportunity to become a homeowner early. These house groups are determined on the basis of number of installments, and there are alternative groups offering different payment options. Taking into account the delivery date determined, it allows you to complete your payments sooner. It is possible to complete the down payment in up to 12 installments. Delivery is postponed as much as the period of completing the down payment. 50% of the organization fee is paid in cash, and the remaining amount can be completed in up to 6 installments. The first draw is held in the month after the organization fee has been completed.
