Clarification Text on Personal Data Protection

Protecting the privacy of our customers' private lives, ensuring and protecting information security are among our priority principles.

On behalf of our company, we would like to inform you about the "Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698" regulated on personal data in order to protect fundamental rights and freedoms, especially the privacy of private life, taking into account the security of our valued customers. Our aim; To inform you in the most transparent way about the ways your personal data is collected, the purposes of processing, legal reasons and your rights in line with your satisfaction.

What is the Legal Basis for Collecting Personal Data?  
In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) numbered 6698, which entered into force on April 7, 2016, in case our customers share their personal data with us in order to benefit from our services, our company; As the Data Controller in this context personal information is explained in the law; will can be obtain, save, preserve, update, reorganize in order to continue its services, disclose to third parties where and to the extent permitted by the legislation will can be change , transfer, share and process in other ways specified by law.

Your personal data can be collected in written, verbal or electronic environment, automatically or non-automatically, through our company's Head Office units, branches, internet branches, call center and other similar units.

Storage of Your Personal Data

The sharing of personal data of our customers with third parties takes place within the framework of the customers' consent and as a rule, personal data are not transferred to third parties without the consent of our customers

What Are Your Rights Arising From Personal Data Protection Law ? 
Without prejudice to the conditions stipulated in Article 28 of KVKK titled "Exceptions", by applying to our company within the framework of Article 11 of the Law, your personal data;
1. To learn whether it has been processed, whether it is used according to the purpose and purpose of processing and to request information on this subject if it has been processed,
2. Learning the third parties with whom your information is shared domestically and abroad in accordance with the Law,
3. If you think your information is incomplete or incorrectly processed, to request correction,
4. To request the deletion or destruction of your information under the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law,
5.Requesting third parties to whom your information is transferred to be notified of your requests specified in subparagraphs (c) and (d) and to perform the same actions,
6. To object to the emergence of a result against you due to the analysis of your information with automatic systems or to request the compensation of the damage if you think that it has been recorded or used illegally and you have been damaged for this reason,
we inform you that you have this rights.

It is possible to use your rights as of 07.10.2016, which is the effective date of the regulation, and we reserve the right to demand from you the expenses to be made by our company for the fulfillment of your requests according to the tariff specified in the 13th article of KVKK titled "Application to the data controller".

How Long Do We Keep Your Personal Data? 
In accordance with the legislation, there is a legal obligation to keep the records and documents of our company's transactions with its customers for 10 years. If you request the deletion or destruction of your personal data, your request will be fulfilled at the end of the 10-year period. During this period, your personal data will not be processed by our company, will not be shared with third parties, except for obligations arising from national and international laws, regulations and contracts, and you will not be contacted for any product promotion or marketing.
