Eminevim is a system guaranteed by mortgage. In mortgage guarantee system, an annotation of unsalable property is attached to the home of any customer until the debt is totally cleared. With this method, the rights of other members are also protected. There are 3 different systems in Eminevim, buying a home in draw systems is just one of them. Apart from this, for those who do not want to benefit from the draw system, there is a "Mid-term System" with no advance payment in which you know the exact date of delivery and the home is delivered in the middle of installment plan and "Early Delivery System with Advance Payment" in which you know the exact date of delivery and our customers who make advance payments gets their homes earlier.

Your payment plan is determined according to the systems you participate. According to the payment plan, your installments can be planned to be fixed or increased at a certain rate to clear your debt faster.

If you have difficulty in paying installments or if you think that you would have a few months of financial difficulties, we recommend you to make payments in lower installments. If this method does not function, then we recommend freezing your installments. The more months you freeze your installments, at a further date your delivery is made. If the financial problem you are experiencing lasts long, you can leave the system at any time. If you want to leave the system, you can do it and installments and your advance payment that you have made until that day are refunded. The participation fee, paid by our customer while entering the system, is not refundable if they leave the system. If you leave the system, you are refunded on a day between 3 months and 6 months, which is determined by Eminevim.

If your name is drawn in the home draw, the value of the home can be increased. Since there is no interest in the systems, there is no need to make extra payment. In this way, the person can increase the value of home by increasing the installments according to ability to pay. Even if the turn comes late, thanks to the increase in its value, desired home can be bought.

Eminevim is the first and unique company to start such a cooperation in Turkey in order to ensure fairness between customers who want to buy their homes. Let's explain the support provided for those, whose home is not delivered yet, through an example: Suppose 100 persons want to buy their homes from Eminevim. A group of 100 persons is created. 100 persons are ordered by home draw before notary just like in gold-saving groups. A customer buys a home every month. The ones whose homes are delivered earlier in the home draw support others in the group of 100 persons so that a balance is made between early deliveries and late deliveries. Thus, the one with early deliveries pay a bit more than the real value of home due to support made to other persons in the group. Those whose home is delivered late are supported by those whose home is delivered early; in this they buy their homes at lower effective costs.
